Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Australian public holidays..
Shipping couriers do not deliver on weekends or Australian public holidays..
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
If you are not home to accept your package, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
When will my order be dispatched?
Generally, we ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, due to high demand of some products, it may take us up to 7 business days to ship your order.
Do you offer rush delivery?
In case you wish to receive your order on a specific date, please place an order at least 2 weeks and select Express shipping at checkout.

I select wrong size/color, what should I do? - Can I upgrade my shipping method?
Please notify us immediately for any size change, colour request or to change your shipping method if needed within 8 hours before we send your order to our Factory for processing. Your order cannot be amended once it has been sent to the Factory.
I purchased more than one item, do I receive the items in the same package?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, if your order is from 2 items and more than 2 kg, you may receive the items in multiple parcels.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address or visit the courier website and enter your tracking number.
All orders are dispatched within our processing time frames. If your order has not arrived within 31 days since order placement due to any reasons related to Viva Devine, we offer 100% refund for the garment or resend a new garment for Free.
The item that I order is out of stock, what should I do?
Our goal is quick turn around, in rare event, the garment's out of stock after you placed the order, we will contact customer for clarification and may offer a replacement.
Normally, the garment'll be back in stock within 1-2 week, once the garment's back in stock, we'll arrange a shipment to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Pre-order?
Items purchased on Pre-order may take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: The estimated date of delivery and production of pre-order item can take up to 2 months to complete.
I live outside Australia, am I responsible for custom duties and taxes?
For International customers, you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; Viva Devine has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Can I cancel the order?
We do not accept cancellation since order placement. If you have ordered incorrect size or colour, we will be happy to replace the item.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our products are provided from our warehouses and manufacturers based in United States and Asia, ship directly to you.
